Fly-Outs to Lake Chauekuktuli
Through an exclusive partnership with Davis Outfitters, Fish The Nush is featuring fly-outs to glacial Lake Chauekuktuli in 2027. A spectacular crystal clear body of water, Lake Chauekuktuli is home to sockeye salmon, Dolly Varden, Arctic char, grayling and more.
The Nushagak is our home water and it is hard to beat, but some guests want a day somewhere different: clear water instead of glacial silt, a lake instead of a river, and country almost nobody else sets foot in. That is what a fly-out day is for.

Where You Are Going
Lake Chauekuktuli sits in Wood-Tikchik State Park, about thirty miles north of Dillingham. At 1.6 million acres it is the largest state park in the United States, and it exists to protect two chains of connected lakes that are among the most important salmon spawning grounds in Bristol Bay.
Chauekuktuli is linked to Nuyakuk and Tikchik lakes, and the water between them, the Allen River coming in at one end and the passage to Nuyakuk at the other, is where the fishing concentrates. There are no roads to any of it. The only way in is the way our guests already arrive in camp: on floats.
Davis Outfitters fly it. They are based in Dillingham, they are licensed transporters, and they have been putting people into this country for years.
