Dante was born and raised in Safford, Arizona. He is a former collegiate and semiprofessional soccer player. Dante attended college in South Dakota where he received a Bachelors of Science in Wildlife Management. Previously, he worked multiple jobs with fish and game agencies as a fisheries biologist focusing on king salmon. He loves helping others on their dream hunting and fishing trips, while working in the best office in the world as a captain and guide at Nushagak River Adventures Lodge! When not working on the Nushagak, Dante works as a professional hunting guide chasing bull and cow elk in the mountains of New Mexico and Utah through the fall and winter. Dante is also an avid backcountry backpacker around the lower 48.
